August 15th is Master Swimming Day

Inland NW LMSC Workout Groups and Clubs:

Encourage your swimmers and coaches to bring new swimmers to workout on August 15th, Masters Swimming Day.  Keep track of your numbers and 30 day trial forms.  The group/club with the most new swimmers will win a set of pull buoys.
